  • Student Medication and Schools

We would like to remind families that students are not permitted to transport any medication on their persons, including any cold remedies. A grown-up must bring all medications to school and complete paperwork with our health clerk, to be kept safe and locked in her office. To download and print a form to bring to school for your child, go to KGBSD.org and open the PARENT tab. Select District Nurse and on her page, open Medication Authorization Forms. You can select "Over the Counter Medication" or "Prescription Medication." These forms, signed by a guardian, are required in the office along with any medicine your child may take at school.
