    Parent Survey

    Each year parents are given the opportunity to evaluate their child's school administrator.  If you'd like to fill out the survey, click the link below and drop it off at Human Resources in Kayhi.

    Hearing and Vision Testing 

    The district nurse and health aid will be conducting hearing and vision screenings for all PHE students from January 6th through January 17th.  If your student wears glasses, please be sure they bring them to school.

  • There is no school for Elementary Students and Staff on Monday, January 20th!

    ALICE Family Training 
    (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate)
    You can access and view the ALICE Family Training Module on the KGBSD Website.  
     On the evening of January 23rd, 7:00 pm PHE will have ALICE program materials available for you to look at and we can answer any questions that you may have.

    New online Registration
    KGBSD has gone PAPERLESS! Parents and guardians can complete the NEW student required paperwork using the our Online Registration Portal.  In just a few clicks, you can register one or more children.  All school forms including emergency care information, immunization records, media release forms, and more are 100% online for your convenience.
    To register your child for school you'll need a valid email account, your child's birth certificate and immunization record (these can be uploaded or brought to the school). 

    Power School  
    If you need Instructions on setting up your Parent Portal please call the PHE office.  Having a parent account allows you to see your child's assignments, grades, attendance, and lunch balance.  If you set up a parent account last year, you are good to go!

    If your child has a food allergy (especially to peanuts) please be sure your child's teacher as well as the school office is aware. 

    Please be mindful of allergies when sending snacks or treats to school with your child.  Thank you!
