Eligible Students: The ESY program is only intended for students who:
1. have an individualized education program (IEP).
2. are at risk of significantly regressing in their abilities over summer break.
3. whose IEP Team's have recommended this program. *Not all students in special education are eligible. IEP Teams make this recommendation on an individual basis and document it in the IEP. *Students who do not have an IEP are not eligible for the ESY program.
