During the growth phase of the The Alaska Digital Academy (ADA), there will be numerous projects going on simultaneously that support the mission and vision of ADA. In order to provide a productive, organized and efficient way of assuring movement forward and success of each of these projects requires a way to coordinate team members, tasks, schedules and resources.Because all ADA team members also are full time educators, the logical choice for project coordination is an online system that cuts down the face-to-face meetings but also moves the individual projects along. To do this an online project management system called Mavenlink was chosen. Mavenlink provides the ability to conduct business online with anyone, anywhere. It’s a tool we can use to better understand our team’s productivity and take strategic action to improve efficiency -- all in one place. It is also integrated into the Ketchikan's K21 Google Apps domain.
