         Mission Statement
         Our goal is to provide our students, parents, faculty, and staff of the Ketchikan
         Gateway Borough School District with the most timely and efficient IT
         infrastructure and support necessary for relevant education.
    Getting Help
    We provide a technical help database with easy to follow directions for common problems and programs currently in use as well as training and support for the Tech Reps for each school building.  If you are unable to find the answer in our help pages or through your Tech Rep, please click the Tech Support button on this page to go to our new Help Desk and submit a work order for the issue.
