The reset request for student accounts is found on the IT Help Desk page.  You'll first log in to the district: use the same username and password you use to sign into your computer.  Example chasina.worman or wormanc (note you do not need the @kgbsd or @k21).  Then scroll to the bottom of the page to find the button that will allow you email the student reset request.

     Student Email and Network/Laptop/Workstation Access

    This year, the emails are different for ALL students and now match the Network log in. The format for logging in depends on which device you are using.

    FOR Laptops and Workstations:

    Username: Oasis Number (student #)
    Password: password2015

    Example: Username: 123456 Password: password2015

    FOR Chromebooks and K21schools.org (our Google accounts):

    Username: Student # (Oasis number) @k21schools.org
    Password: Student’s birth date in format MMDDYYYY
    Tip on passwords - it is the full birthdate. If you were born January 1, 2001 - your password would be 01012000
    Important reminders: 
    When logging in the first time for the school year, you will be prompted to change your passwords for both workstation AND K21 logins.  Make it something you will remember, and DO NOT SHARE with others.
