  • Parent Access to Power School, Lunch Balance & Payments

To access your child's lunch balance, make a payment, check grades and attendance you will need to set up a parent portal account.

Your child's power school number and temporary password will be on the sheet of instructions that your child brought home.

If you've already set up a parent portal you do not need to redo it.  Use the same user name and password from last year.

School News & Events

    Our fundraiser has ended!
    Our profit is approximately $8,808.00!
Point Higgins' students raised three times more than the national average for a school our size.
All money raised goes towards our Artist in Resident Program, Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, Field Trips, Student of the Month, Kids Night Out and more!
These events are not paid for with district funds so fundraising is important. Our students (and their parents) did an awesome job raising money so we can continue to provide these opportunities for our students!  Thank you!
Online sales will continue through next week.
After online sales and paper sales are merged Believe Kids we send us a report listing top sellers. The special drawings listed below will be announced when all the paperwork is complete. Stay tuned!
When shopping online no special code or number is needed except the student's first and last name and school (Point Higgins Elementary).  Click the box that says "Don't have a code".
    Special Drawings:
*Students who sold at least 10 items will get their name in a drawing to win a $100 Visa Card.
*Students who sold at least one item will get their name in a drawing to win an Amazon Fire Tablet, Remote Flying Ball, Light Up Ball, or Portable Mini-Light up speakers.
*Each classroom's top selling student will win light up mega eye-glasses and an emoji pillow.
Prizes earned by their sales (apart from the school drawings and incentives) will be included with their order.  We hope to have all orders back by parent teacher conferences.
Thank You for supporting our school!

    Medication at School
School District Policy states that all medication taken at school must be brought in by a parent or guardian.  Medication must be in it's original bottle or packaging and cannot be given out unless the proper form is filled out and signed by the parent/guardian.  Prescription forms require the signature of a licensed health professional. Forms are available in the office, or you can download from our website.  On the Menu Bar click "Online Forms" and Health for a list of options.

    Power School
Instruction on setting up your Parent Portal was sent home last week.  Having a parent account allows you to see your child's assignments, grades, attendance, and lunch balance.  If you set up a parent account last year, you are good to go!
