Ketchikan Gateway Borough School District English as a Second Language Program  Ketchikan, Alaska Home Our Students Forms in Spanish Our Services Our Staff Forms in Tagalog English as a Second Language provides services to all qualifying children K-12.  The program is currently being taught by Sharon Clepper, ESL teacher for Ketchikan High School and Schoenbar Middle School students, and Liz Bower, ESL teacher for all elementary school students.  Paraprofessionals assist in the teaching of ESL students at all grade levels.
